You learned to hold everything together.

You don’t have to anymore.

Many of my clients find themselves adapting in relationships to meet expectations, often at the cost of their own needs. Therapy here is a place where that pattern doesn’t have to continue.

You might be here because:

You find yourself stuck in relationship patterns that leave you confused, overextended, or unsure of what to do next.

You feel deeply impacted by relationships: thinking about them a lot, replaying conversations, or struggling to find clarity when something feels off.

It’s hard to step away from dynamics that don’t feel good, or hard to feel like yourself inside them.

You feel pulled between staying, leaving, or trying to make sense of what’s actually happening.

It feels like you’re holding a lot emotionally on your own, even when you’re in relationships with other people.

These experiences can show up as anxiety, overthinking, or feeling overwhelmed, but underneath, there’s often something happening in your relationships and emotional connections that feels hard to untangle alone.

Common themes in my work:

Chronic self-sacrifice and over-adapting in relationships.

Repeating attachment and relational patterns.

Emotional overwhelm beneath a high-functioning exterior.

Cultural and family pressure that shapes how you stay in, navigate, or leave relationships.

Difficulty expressing needs, setting boundaries, or choosing yourself.

Over-explaining, guilt, and people-pleasing.

Anxiety rooted in emotional responsibility and hyperawareness of others.

Trauma histories and nervous system survival patterns that impact how you connect.
